BETA / What is it?
What does BETA mean?
Cohens Chemist is currently operating two websites:
- www.cohenschemist.co.uk
- beta.cohenschemist.co.uk
The www version of our website is what normal users should be using, i.e. customers placing their medication orders or perhaps locums requesting shifts etc.
The beta version of our website is for testing new features and is only intended for users who have signed up to help us test new features before releasing them to the wider public via the main website.
If you are not sure what any of this means, then you should be using the normal website at www.cohenschemist.co.uk.
Can I use the beta site anyway?
Only if our deployment team has asked you to do so.
The beta site is a temporary site, i.e. beta will be taken offline again once we have completed the current phase of public beta testing.
If you register on the beta site, the username and password will not work on the primary site. If you create a medication order on the beta site, there will be no evidence of it on our live site. Once the beta programme is completed, beta users & medication orders will be discarded.
