Having reviewed data from other organisations The Cohens Group is confident that its gender pay gap does not stem from paying men and women differently for the same or equivalent work. Rather its gender pay gap is the result of the make- up of our workforce and the roles in which men and women work within the organisation and the salaries that these roles attract. As a business we will continue to drive equality and inclusivity through our recruitment and selection processes whilst working with our colleagues to ensure they are able to contribute ideas and improvements in our bid to continue to support an equal gender pay culture.
